My two night stay in Ibis Zurich Adliswil was comfortable. The room was a little crammed. We had two big suitcases and there was not enough room for the second suitcase. I had to keep it on the floor which in turn blocked my walking unhindered in the room. Hardly any space on either side of the cot. Bathroom was just fine. I didn't realise that this hotel is quite far from Zurich Hbf. Taxi fare from the station to the hotel was pretty exorbitant. The complimentary breakfast that I had opted for was a plus of our stay. The kitchen staff were friendly and made you feel at home. The front office staff were helpful with how to get about in Zurich. Not bad sojourn.

The check in employees were fantastic; they were attentive, super helpful and on task. However I was too happy with the added $130 extra for AC & taxes putting our room total close to $475 yikes 😳 When I booked with booking I specified having AC and the total said it included taxes so not sure how we needed to pay more. The hotel itself was super hot so paying was a must however our AC didn’t get cooler than 23 which was still hot. Location was a bit too far from downtown I say for the price I ended up paying I would’ve just booked a room downtown that included AC. Beds were comfy tho. Super close to an Aldi grocery store

We had 2 separate reservations due to oversight (we would almost have no stay on one of the nights) and we were informed regarding the options we have and the most optimal solutions for our case - it was a bit tricky, as we had different type of rooms for both reservations. The room was clean and cosy. The hair dryer for this room was good enough. The AC was available here and good it was here, as this room was warmer than the other we slept in a night before and I used it to get a comfortable sleep. The breakfast was tasty, plenty of options and bonus points for local organic products!

There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, providing convenient transportation options to the city center. There is also a Coop supermarket nearby. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast is available from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m., and you can choose to purchase it on the same day. Would recommend staying here.
